About Ommert Carpentry & Renovations!

My name is Carl Ommert and I am the owner of Ommert Carpentry and Renovations. We have been doing renovations for 10 years and look forward to working with you. We hold a valid Metro License (#19221) and are members of the Greater Toronto Home Builders Association.

We are also active participants in the Renomark® Program. This require us to meet a set of building standards, carry minimum $2 million liability insurance, WSIB (where necessary) and we warrant our work for a minimum of two (2) years. This program is gaining popularity across Canada.

In addition, we are members of the Canadian Home Builders Association. These associations ensure that we are up to date with all current building standards and building code changes as they occur. In 2007, we became certified in Part 9 of the Ontario Building Code, Building Envelope and Building Health and Safety. This means that all work done to your home will meet code requirements.
