| Review: | We were put in touch with Cutting Edge Design after contracting Home Depot to install a new deck for our backyard. That year we were installing a pool and the previous deck had to be replaced.
The designer came out and put onto paper a visual of what our deck would look like. At first we were only going to do a simple deck due to the cost of everything else we were doing, however Paul gave us some important things to consider.
The main thing he indicated that changed our mind was that the deck really is like a red carpet invitation to our pool, and that we should incorporate the deck as part of the pool/entertaining area instead of just for the function. He recommended glass inserts so that we could have an unobstructed view of the pool area below which we are thankful for.
The deck was the last thing to be constructed after the pool and concrete patio was installed. While the pool and concrete patio installation was a disaster, Cutting Edge was the total opposite.
They started on time and finished on time. They were neat and cleaned up after themselves and their employees and craftsmen were polite on/off the site.
What I was most impressed with, was what came after the installation. The customer care continued after completion of our deck.
When the job was done, they came out and inspected the job and repaired, replaced anything they felt was less than perfection. They scheduled time to come out to do the repairs, and then followed up to see if we were 100% satisfied with everything.
I don’t remember ever dealing with a company that placed so much emphasis on customer satisfaction and customer care. I would highly recommend Cutting Edge Design to anyone who is thinking about installing a deck or fence. The quality of work and the level of customer service are worth every penny.
