		<description>The group is fine but the policy requiring members to post a picture of themselves before joining (of after joining, as it used to be), and the requirment to keep the picture posted, as well as the policy which allows members to remain in the group by simply signing in once every 6 months (they do not have to actually attend meetups),  put women&#039;s privacy and safety at risk.

I felt uncomfortable posting a picture of myself online and was removed from the group for not doing so.</description>
